Roasted beets with pomegranate molasses and pumpkin seeds

toast the millet and then add to a saucepan and cover with boiling water, season with sea salt, turmeric, & bay..tightly lid, and simmer until all water absorbed

empty onto a cookie sheet to allow to cool, then fluff with a fork


very high (easy to digest) protein, grain
