It is a good day in Los Angeles, overcast with early morning clouds, and a cool ocean breeze.
All my desserts look fabulous, the chocolate and banana pudding is made with cream cheese, eggs, almond milk, fresh bananas, Belgium chocolate chips and Cocoa powder and great moist chocolate cake..it is wonderful as is or with lightly whipped cream or plain yogurt.
The Eve's Pudding smells divine and is packed with nectarines, pluots, strawberries, plums all local grown.
The bread is a good crispy sourdough packed with dried apricots ( sweet-tart flavors) and roasted almonds..so it packs a lot of texture..enjoy the entire menu in all it's glory, descriptions of dips, ragouts, sauces and soups is on previous blogs from yesterday....here it is:
The three soups, Minestrone, Broccoli with Buckwheat noodles and Mushroom with red wine
The 2 dips, Spicy Blackbean and tomato (own grown and dried), and Tahini with kale
purple yams for the mashed topping on the Shepherd's pies..these are naturally THIS purple and very sweet |
