Fabulous Tarts and Cobblers "How- to-photos" & deliveries up!

Hello all, I hope all is well in your part of the world..today is delivery day and the following are just out of the oven..I have included some step by step photos to help some of you make better dishes for your families...all recipes can be interchanged and add just what ever is at hand..I happen to have a pantry stocked with flax seed meal, blue cornmeal,"tons" of nuts, maple syrups and agave syrup..anything is acceptable but do avoid over-processed sugars, flours  and corn syrup.

If using butter use unsalted ( sweet butter)
the artichoke and walnut sauteing for the tart filling

the cobbler dough..a butter creamed base with flour and coconut milk

the cobbler dough is in greased pan and topped with fresh poached strawberries with orange zest


previous 2 cream cheese, eggs and yogurt custard with fresh basil and garlic for tarts

whole wheat, flax seed meal, walnut and butter pastry
the completed cobbler, the dough rises through the fruit to caramelize

add grated cheese to base of tart ( prevents soggy pastry), then top with filling and custard

fresh chopped watercress
