Tuesday's prep so far...cookies galore ofcourse

Freshly washed Field spinach air drying

Grape tomatoes for the paella


Italian Flat leaf parsley, air drying


Sauteed spinach with onion, garlic,sherry, yogurt, olive oil, nutmeg for filling pancakes

Brown basmatti rice, soaked for 30 mins then drained and rinsed, saute in melted butter and brown to nutty aroma cover with boiling water, add ground turmeric, bring back to boil then simmer until all water absorbed, then dry

Roasted Sweet corn for the paella

The BEST Vegan tomato soup

toffee chips for the cookies

cooked basmatti rice drying




The previous 4 :the cookie batter and finished cookies ( Changed to WALNUT- English Toffee)

whole wheat rosemary pancakes to be filled with spinach and cheese at client's home


allow the pancakes to cool on clean kitchen towels (keeps them pliable), then wrap for delivery
