High-fiber, low calorie guacamole..photos and how to

Process defrosted drained and raw, green peas with red onion

Mash ripe avocado's and add, chopped cilantro, lime juice, chopped tomato, chopped chipotle peppers, ground black pepper, stir in the processed pea mix

packed topped with more fresh lime juice and leave  a pit in the pot to prevent oxidization

I know it has been done before but this time I added chipotle peppers and the result is wonderful

  1. all my clients agree this is THE best Guacamole as it is light and fresh tasting and you do not notice the peas!
    Great for dieters who want a treat..half the calories of reg Guacamole and ALL the flavor
