Delivery Day ..Photos...stuffed mushrooms, cold veggie wraps, salsa

These 2 all butter cornbread ( special order)


The couscous filling for the Grape-leaf flavored rice wraps, served with a tahini-lemon-garlic dip


Base of roasted sunflower seed butter on all wraps

I blanched the green beans and the curly kale, for easier digestion and folding of the wrap



These 6 ..the rainbow rice wraps with orange-sunflower seed butter..(just soak the rice wrap in warm water for 30 seconds no more it will soften up as it absorbs the water..fill & roll like a burrito)

The couscous wraps being prepared..I used blanched kale leaves with the mix,  and used roasted sun flower seed butter on base of all wraps


The couscous wraps with tahini-dip packaged for delivery , topped with toasted sesame seeds and coarse sea salt..(there is no need for lemon wedges as there is fresh lemon juice in the couscous and dip)

The lentil, chard and tomato sauce packaged

These 2, the Provencale potato-artichoke stuffed mushrooms to be baked at client's home


These 3 fresh pineapple for the cilantro-pineapple salsa
