All Vegan Green split pea soup; Asparagus vegetable soup; Eggplant and Lima bean green chili; Vegetable ragout; Mexican style sweet potato ragout; Vegan onion & sweetcorn polenta; Photos of today's prep

This is the vegetable Ragout which will be served with polenta triangles at the client's home..later I will cover the vegetables with a reduction of the cooking liquor and fresh parsley from my garden. Butternut squash,zucchini, eggplant, celery, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, yams.

Eggplant, green chili, annatto, cumin, Lima beans cilantro to be served over steamed red rice

Vegan polenta, olive oil, cornmeal, onions, cilantro sweetcorn..will set overnight and be cut into triangles tomorrow and be baked or fried at clients home for the ragouts
parsley is now ready for picking in my garden

Freesias also in my garden to attract bees
