Introduction and Vegan-vegetarian food tips posting and looking for more

Buckwheat crepes

Today I am roasting veggies and then serving them 2 ways..
1 with corn tortillas with cheese and sour cream with scallions to be served as veggie quesadillas;

and the other way with buckwheat poppy seed crepes with wilted mustard greens and tomato sauce to be baked in oven;
also making veggie Cornish pasties with Cheddar cheese and
Mixed vegetable and fennel bulb ragout with green pepper cous cous..fabulous food for the healthier diet!


Also made some wholewheat sour dough banana flax seed and walnut waffles from 7yr old sour dough started I began from a home grown apple..these are great and dairy free, one egg makes 12 waffles...and they freeze well!!..Photo shows the batter mix and the completed waffles
