Some of the breads are topped with white sesame and some with black..after baking they will sit overnight and dry (to avoid molding) and then tomorrow will be shipped to Colorado and frozen for shipping to Arizona next week..these fantastic breads are no sugar, no fat and no dairy-eggs; just hearty, great Natural Breads.
it took 20 cups whole wheat high gluten flour, 2 quarts sourdough starter and 3 pounds fruit and nuts, with cinnamon and sea salt..fantastic breads.
I will post the baked breads later today as they cool down.
The soups are all finished with extra virgin olive oil and tomorrow the client will just heat them and enjoy
The menu also includes some strudels which I will photograph and post on ChorleyCakes blog
