Please EAT more fruit in salads or as a piece of fresh fruit and AVOID smoothies for breakfast/meals.
Chewing the fruit releases digestive juices, in the mouth, to break down the food, also chewing enables vitamins and minerals to be absorbed by the blood sooner, through the walls of the mouth lining...consuming too many fruit laden juices can lead to indigestion or improper digestion, in that a lot of good nutrition is lost, (Vitamin C particularly) destroyed by the stomach acid.
More mouthwatering is called for when eating, for great digestion.
That is why we CHEW!!
