HAPPY BASTILLE DAY 2014!! Mixed bean "burgers" & Ratatouille with butternut squash & asparagus, sourdough WHOLE WHEAT BREADS WITH BLACK SESAME..PHOTOS

Saute own grown peppers, mushrooms,onions, garlic, add white wine and veggie stock and cook for 20 mins., then cool down and process with cooled, cooked mixed beans until chunky, adding herbs and nutritional yeast powder.Add dry breadcrumbs and 1 raw egg(optional) allow to marinate overnight.




Grape tomatoes, red onion, own grown eggplants, and peppers, garlic, white wine & asparagus, butternut squash.."Ratatouille"
