Despite the fact that we are headed for another heatwave ( temps in high 90's for next week), my clients have to eat and eat well, here are some dishes that are just as good served at room temp as they are served hot.
Everything except the cookies are Vegan.
I am also making some yam fritters with fruit salsa and a peanut -broccoli sauce for penne pasta..will do these tonight when it has cooled down.

Above is what I have been up to since 5am.
Everyone stay well and eat better, also in this heat avoid buying micro salad greens, baby spinach, and watercress it is too hot in SoCal, for these to be handled safely and without risk of food poisoning.
