Soak the quinoa for 30mins and then rinse and drain before adding to hot oil, soak the toasted kasha for just 5 mins then rinse and drain and proceed as for quinoa |

This is the (hopefully) final day of the heatwave that has been breaking all records, my client's have chosen many Fall items and I am also making some roasted vegetables with salad greens and kasha and Stir fried vegetables with tofu , tomorrow, so I will be posting more photos tomorrow.
