Tabouleh salad; Watermelon & mint salad; Roasted Vegetables with Cheese and Herb polenta..all photos

Parsley, mint, bulgur wheat cooked chickpeas, cucumber and tomatoes will be dressed with olive oil & lemon juice

Ripe red watermelon and fresh mint


Cornmeal polenta triangles with cheese and fresh thyme and rosemary to be baked, grilled or sauteed at client's home




Previous 4 the roasted vegetables, cooked in batches, potatoes first, then  eggplant, zucchini, onions, peppers and tomatoes in that order.  I  bake everything only so far as they will be cooked again at client's home. Dressed with lemon juice and fresh parsley
