Own made whole wheat sourdough breads with fresh rosemary
Just whole wheat flour with extra wheat germ, sourdough starter ( it is over 8yrs old now started with some own grown apples & grapes) sea salt, fresh rosemary dried oregano, water.It is cooked very hot oven in steam.
Once baked it has to dry out overnight to prevent any dampness attracting mold.
