Crepes with plantains and eggplant stew; Cheese and vegetable strudels; Cinnamon-raisin sourdough breads; Roasted Cashew & Tootsie Roll cookies; Prep photos so far

Own grown eggplants picked for the stew yesterday

An eggplant and tomato based stew for the crepes, also will add cheese and baked like cannelloni


Previous 2 the vegetable base for the turnovers, will also add cooked beans and cheese before baking  tomorrow

Fried plantains will be added to the eggplant stew for texture

whole wheat sourdough bread dough with cinnamon-raisin
