|Hearts of palm, boiled eggs, tomatoes, peppers and cooked potatoes in a lemon and olive oil dressing with dried thyme..served with pita breads and salad greens|

I am taking a hiatus from cooking until at least Christmas as I have landed a position as a consultant, which requires a lot of traveling around Los Angeles and, later in the year, leading workshops and classes.
So Thanks for all your support and interest in Meat-free meals, I will continue to upload any tasty recipes I discover, but I will not be posting 2 times a week as in past few years.
