Fermentation 3 days on..Photos


First 2 above..the rejuvelak is ready and fully fermented..now to strain out the berries and bottle..has to be stored in fridge yet drunk at room temperature
the sour dough starter after 3 days the flour has separated and the fruit is now giving off more ferment activity..will be another 2 days before I can strain and feed the yeast liquid
