It is 78f in the shade and I am simmering local grown plums in red wine and oranges for a preserve for later in the year; I made up 48 roasted banana-flax seed, whole wheat extra wheat germ, walnut sour dough waffles;
I have my lace butterscotch and oatmeal cookies cooling on wire racks..tomorrow it is going to be even hotter ( forecast 80f+ by the ocean) so I will be up at 5am making up my orders for earlier deliveries!
