The tian topped with grated mozzarella cheese...(best way to do the eggplant is on non-stick sprayed cookie sheet with added olive oil, then roast in a 400f oven for about 25 mins. this way it doesn't soak up lots of oil and roasts almost dry). I also added some white wine to the base ready for baking.

  1. The Tian and warm salads are a big hit, and will be a regular feature on my menus during the winter months (although today it is going to be 95f in the shade!)

    I have had to keep beach umbrellas over my spinach, broccoli & salad greens from the hot sun for the past 2 weeks..we have had a very HOT Fall 85-105f! and no real rain since March
