Chickpea hommus; tomato soup; split pea and asparagus soup; mushroom chickpea "patties"; Black bean chili; Samosa fillign for strudels; Mushroom Bolognasie for pasta photos of prep for an all vegetarian menu & it is 90F in the shade!

Mushroom "Bolognaise"

Samosa filling for the strudels..mild curry spiced

Fresh tomato soup with smoked red pepper and will be topped with a toasted pine nut and basil pesto

Black bean chili  with veggies

Chickpea Hommus with olive oil & lemon juice
Own grown bean sprouts
Soaked split green peas
Soaked black beans
Soaked chickpeas

The chickpea and mushroom pattie/burger mix before blending and adding egg and breadcrumbs
