Mixed bean pate; artichoke & walnut pesto for pasta; Tomato cheese tarts; eggplant with cheese and walnuts; barley, mushroom and walnut pilaf with blueberries, banana-walnut sourdough whole wheat waffles; Blueberry & almond sourdough waffles; Photos of prep so far, plus flowers that are blooming NOW, in the So Cal Sunshine





The tomatoes are in my back garden

Chickpeas, pink beans and pinto cooked for the pate

Barley, mushrooms and walnut pilaf, will add fresh blueberries and more walnuts on service
