Cooked pinto beans for the New Mexican Style stew

Cooked chickpeas for the asparagus kugel

Eggplant sauce for the pasta/rice and veggie gratins

Butternut squash and tomato filling for the stuffed peppers

Corn topped New Mexican Style stew will be served with steamed quinoa

Sauteed vegetables for the gratins

Red Velvet Banana Cake..red color comes from Beet powder, also contains unsweetened cocoa powder

Peanut butter-almond-butterscotch chip-oatmeal cookies

Streusal Topped pumpkin cookies will frost tomorrow and also frost the red velvet cake before delivery
Yes we have had a day of rain this weekend and we sorely need it.
I am just waiting for my cinnamon raisin sourdough breads to final proof and also have a fresh apple-raspberry crumble pie in the oven.
Bumper menu for tomorrow as all my clients are back from holiday vacations, and are keen for some more home cooked food.
