Italian ..The BEST Flavored Spring greens soup, zucchini with parsley and Minestra with green beans and sauteed onion..breads..PHOTOS

 
The info on these old fashioned Vegan & Vegetarian Italian dishes is on yesterday's blog. All the soups are finished with olive oil to increase richness.enjoy the Prep. photos.

  1. all my Italian client's said this was The BEST menu this year..try more Rustic Italian dishes using just what is available locally..it is truly delicious
