LIVER FLUSHES...RECIPES FOR KEEPING FIT & HEALTHIER




Liver flushes are designed to STIMULATE AND LUBRICATE YOUR DIGESTIVE  ORGANS.
Like going in for a tune-up and oil change.
best to do this at the beginning of/or end each month..just once a month is fine, unless you are eating a high fat diet then it should be once, every 2 weeks.

For best results take on an empty stomach 4 hours before any solid food.
It is good to drink hot herbal tea afterwards (no stimulants, and no dairy).

EACH RECIPE IS PER PERSON





POWERCHARGE
This Recipe is good for last thing at night or first thing in the morning:

1 cup unfiltered apple juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 good olive oil
Initially add just a pinch of the following and as you get used to them, work up to 1 tsp of each over several months
Paprika ground
Cayenne ground
Grated fresh ginger root
garlic raw


EASY DOES IT:
1 -3tbsp cold pressed olive oil
3 times as much lemon or orange juice
stir together and drink and follow immediately with
2 cups hot water and the juice of 1 lemon or lime



MAUI MIRACLE:
2 ozs fresh orange juice

2 ozs grapefruit juice 
2 ozs pineapple juice
1-3tbsp cold pressed olive oil
mix well and drink and follow immediately  with
2 cups hot water with juice of 1 lemon or lime
