Thick and hearty Minestrone; Couscous with beans, peppers, apricots and almonds; Rice and tomato bake/gratin; Vegetable Chili with pinto beans and tempeh; Biryani Style vegetables with tempeh; Oatmeal-raisin Wholewheat cookies; Cinnamon-Raisin sourdough breads..photos of prep for tomorrow's deliveries



Previous 3 the Biryani Style Vegetables with tempeh..cooked in a rich garam masala and lime leaves sauce and slowly reduce, marinate overnight in the sauce and serve with steamed brown rice.


Hydrated dried apricots for the couscous

Vegetable base for the couscous will add almonds and apricots later..cumin and cinnamon spiced

Tempeh-pinto bean chili will also be served with steamed brown rice
