May 14th Part 2..for your salad..first take a large hammer...

the ginger is in big chunks to easily remove from the radish "salad"

I am making some marinated "smashed" radishes for the salads I am delivering tomorrow, and the first piece of equipment needed is a heavy hammer  to smash them. Then adding own made red wine vinegar, olive oil, herbs, and sea veggies.

Also when marinating any vegetable do not add salt as this breaks down the fibers of the vegetable and as well as drawing out the water and flavors it can make everything too soft.

Also watch out the amount of acids added to vegetables as this can also break down the fibers to.

I am posting photographs of my now also famous dairy free, whole wheat, flax seed meal, fresh banana, walnut, sour dough waffles made with a sour dough starter I began from an own grown apple 7 years ago!
These are packed frozen and just need popping into a toaster and enjoyed , no need for any added syrups or sugars.

Also have made a soy free dip for my Spring rolls tomorrow based on sprouted sunflower seeds, cashews, own grown satsuma kumquat preserves, olive oil, roasted sunflower seed butter, raw almond butter, garlic and fresh ginger..it is delicious and nice and thick..would probably be good on the waffles..lol

Plus I have finely managed to incorporate whole wheat flour into an oatmeal cookie recipe and the final product to be wonderfully thin and very crispy, suing dark brown sugar too; and a fresh plum and pineapple sponge pudding (cake) also made with white whole wheat flour..fabulous
