Kale with black olives, "Russian" Tarts and roasted sweet potato with coconut & lime

The roasted Bonito sweet potatoes, butternut squash, sunflower seeds, cilantro, coconut milk, lime juice, the filling for the masa crepes and also served with the pico de galdo..This is a fantastic, delicious dish. All info. on these dishes is in previous blog from yesterday.
The Russian inspired, mushroom, dill, kasha, cream cheese rustic tarts, before baking..tarts have Mozzarella cheese on base and on top

Pasta Shells in a tomato, artichoke, olive sauce with cheese and cream to be baked at client's home



The previous 2 the baked rustic tarts, to be sprayed with virgin olive oil before cooking and packing..these will be warmed again at clients home

own grown sprouts with fenugreek


The previous 3, the Lacinato Kale before cooking and  stir-steamed with red onion, and chopped black olives

Pico de Glado ( chunky chopped salsa) with fresh  pineapple and avocado for the crepes
