Cobblers Cinnamon-Blueberry & Leek and Yam...ORDERS UP!

The Cinnamon Cobbler Paste..it is important to make the cobbler topping accentuate the vegetable filling, NOT blanket it, so roll the topping thin, it will rise as it bakes and it has to be cold as it goes on the  hot fillings.
The cobbler topping for both is  whole wheat & corn meal

These are delicious casserole/pies, the topping is crispy on top and dumpling like underneath, because ti does not completely seal the filling, the topping cuts easy and not messy.
Enjoy, the cornmeal in both toppings adds a crispy bite and texture .
