Breadmaking..easy sourdough with caraway

Made these last night..from a 7yr old sour dough starter( made from the mold on an own grown organic apple)..completely dairy-fee and fat free & 100% deliciousness.

The starter is fed for 3 days prior to making the bread, then the flour, starter, water and salt and seeds are mixed in a food processor for less than 5 mins. The first rise takes 4 hours at room temp. and second rise in tins, 4 more hours.
Baked in steam in a 425f oven for 25 minsThe result is a very crusty, chewy, sour delicious bread...Can be frozen for up to 3 months (unsliced).

The remainder of the starter is fed then tonight it will be placed in fridge for another week.
