almond sprouts ( they are actually soaked overnight in filtered water to remove outer toxins)

for the chickpea pancakes use an old pan that you can put on very high heat

couscous drying ( always allow rice and couscous to dry before use, as this avoids it becoming soggy)

The white bean based green goddess dressing with fresh avocado
