All vegetable Buddha's Feast in a miso based sauce


Leek, Potato and Carrot soup

Eggplant slices baked for the gratin to be cooked again with layers of cheese and a rich tomato sauce at Client's home




Previous 3 the cranberry & carrot whole wheat sourdough breads, the raw carrot add more texture to the bread, also added ground mixed spice

The pecans, apricots and cranberries added to the whole wheat  oatmeal cookie batter
