Vegan-Vegetarian Peanut Butter "Truffles" RECIPE..the most addictive things on the Planet



Here are  something that will "knock your socks off" in the flavor department, and so very simple to make.


Using an 8-10 cup food processor, as this mix has to be blended well (you can make in smaller batches).


1 cup any type of granola (home made or store bought)
1 cup raisins (or any dried fruit whole prunes and apricots cut before processing) 
2 cups  soaked and drained raw almonds (or any nut you prefer)
2 cups peanut or any roasted nut/seed butter
1 x 12ozs bag vegan chocolate chips (or regular or 1x 8ozs bar milk/dark chocolate)




Combine all ingredients except the peanut butter and process until everything is finely chopped.
Add the peanut butter and process to blend in well.


Refrigerate the mix for several hours, over overnight.
Form the mix into 1 inch balls (I used a cookie batter scoop),and place in candy cases.



Keep refrigerated until ready to serve..there will be none left if you allow taste testers into the kitchen at this point.

Very high calorie so allow 1 per person per day....yeah Right!
