Split pea and Kale soup; Lentil and Kale soup; Butternut squash and sweet potato soup; Mushroom tarts; Carrot-poppy seed cakes; whole wheat sourdough cashew and cranberry breads; Strawberry-apple Eve's Puddings..Photos for tomorrow's deliveries

Fresh Local Strawberries soaking in water to remove all soil and debris

Fresh Local Kale, washed and air drying

Split yellow and green pea soup with veggies and kale

3 types mushrooms with celery and rosemary, garlic and butter will add par boiled potatoes and use this filling for the tarts/strudels

Butternut squash and sweet potato soup

Fresh, raw strawberries with sugarfree own made apple sauce for the"Eve's" pudding

Carrot-lemon-poppyseed, whole wheat cakes special order

We are at last enjoying a weekend of rain, warm rain coming down now in large droplets..wonderful weather for a wonderful plant based menu.
I am also preparing some yellow stuffed peppers with butternut squash, walnuts and sweet potatoes in a tomato sauce that comes with gnocchi.
Fantastic food for fantastic SoCal weather.
