Stuffed mushrooms, baked yams, pasta with eggplant and tomato-bakes

Mushroom stems, onions, garlic sauteing


add sake or dry sherry, pine nuts and spinach


add dry breadcrumbs and allow to cool before adding cheese if necessary

 Vegan, no cheese mushrooms filled


Previous 2, pasta with tomato, roasted eggplant sauce, grape tomatoes and cheese..to be baked at client's home 350f for 25 mins, coverfed


Baked yams, served with  the hommus dip

Mushroom caps filled with spinach and pine nut mix plus grated Parmesan cheese..broil/bake at client's home tonight
