Cookie almond-lemon-chocolate pie; Stuffed peppers with rice; Pasta Bake with eggplant; Photos of prep for today's Vegan Vegetarian Menu-Vegetarian Menu, DELIVERIES

Summer squash and veggie filling for the peppers, will add rice and they will be baked at clients' home

Yam and mushroom sauce for the pasta bake

Kale, peppers, ginger, onions, leeks, carrots, garlic and tofu will be served with steamed thyme rice





The Cookie Pie..variation of 70's Gold Bar Cookies..peanut butter and  butter crumble crust, apricot preserves with a fresh lemon syrup, broken dark chocolate, bake in a pie pan rather than a 13x9x2inch pan

Stuffed Peppers with rice will be baked at client's home

Pasta Bake, layers of cooked penne pasta, mushrooms and yam sauce, cheese, topped with basil chiffonade and grated Parmesan. Client will add extra sauce ( provided) and bake


Enjoying much cooler weather in Los Angeles, I have also made a vegan cream of tomato and basil soup and a Mexican style black bean and vegetable soup; twice baked potatoes with roasted red peppers and chopped celery.
