Previous 2, the greens sweated with onions, crushed chilies and garlic for the quesadillas..heat a large flour tortilla and add the greens, grated cheese and top with another tortilla and cook in a dry skillet until the cheese has melted, turning once, will be served with an own grown tomato salsa.
