Brown Basmatti rice washed and rinsed, sauteed in melted butter and steamed with hot water and cardamom pods

Red chard stalks for the sherry flax seed mix

the tomato-cinnamon sauce for the Persian Style stuffed peppers, with mushrooms

The chard stalk, sherry and peppers mix for the Red Chard side dish

 Both these Minestrone soup finished with basil above
