Banana walnut cake, Black eyed pea spread with chipotle peppers, Lentil and amaretto pate, 3 bean goulash ..PHOTOS


I have been working for the past 6 hours prepping the menu for delivery tomorrow, here is my progress in photo's..the menu is on yesterday's blog, enjoy:


Dried tart cherries and Dutch cocoa powder..a special sourdough bread,

Chipotle peppers in adobe sauce


The black eyed pea spread with chipotle peppers, Dijon mustard and parsley

The goulash with coconut cream, changed it from shitake mushrooms to 3 bean for extra protein

The sunflower seed and lentil pate with lots of extra sauteed  vegetables and de-glazed with Amaretto  (almond liqueur)..the mix before baking

The flax seed, sourdough, banana  walnut batter for the waffles
