Lime leaf curry with potatoes & chickpeas, carrot-parsnip soup, red bean gumbo, spicy chipotle-tomatillo chili, mushrooms with pecans and leeks, lasagna rolls PHOTOS ONLY

Pesto inspired mushrooms, leeks and pecans braise with garlic and basil to be served with rice as a starter..(client is lactose intol. and also needs to cut back on oil in diet)

pesto type stuffing for the lasagna rolls, white Cheddar, pecans, basil, zucchini,garlic breadcrumbs
