Juicing for health..IDEAS FOR VEGETABLE JUICE COMBINATIONS



JUICING is very popular now, and there are ways of making it even better, don't throw all that energy/fiber packed fiber away when using a traditional vegetable juicer.
Add some to your completed juice or use in salad dressings and smoothies.
Another way is to purchase an industrial type blender ( the type in coffee shops).
The American made Vita-Mix is well worth the money..I use mine every day and have for the past 4 years. It pulverizes everything to a smooth liquid.
With a Vita Mix I first juice  some carrots or add some filtered water and then add more raw carrots and pulverize then drink the whole vegetable!

Also adding fresh mint to any juice makes it taste fresher and more alive.



Veggie Juice Blends Ideas, 1 serving recipes

Rocket Fuel
1 carrot
1 medium eating apple
1/2 beet



Malibu Mix
2 cups tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup parsley
2 carrots
1/2 green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 scallion
juice 1 lemon
1/4 cup sea veggies with water

Garden breeze
1 beet
1 scallion
2 cups lettuce greens
2 radish
3 carrots

Cucumber Smooth
1 medium eating apple

1/2 beet
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

Hollywood High
1 cup spinach leaves and stalks
1 cup parsley leaves and stalks
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots


Regular Folk
4 carrots
1 cup field spinach
1 cup orange juice


Frisco Beat
1 cup tomatoes/2 medium
1 green bell pepper
1 cup cucumber
1/2 cup parsley
3 carrots
1 stalk celery
1 inch ginger root


 You may also make these into a healthy "smoothie" by adding fresh or flash frozen, defrosted coconut milk
