Roasted Vegetables with Pomegranate Molasses; Steam-fried green beans and garlic; Mixed bean hommus for delivery today Photos and tips

Chickpea and pinto bean hommus with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil

Steam-fried green beans and garlic..heat the oil and add the garlic, saute for 3 mins then add the blanched beans and saute for 4 mins. Add boiling water and steam for 2 mins

Yukon Gold potatoes with cracked pepper and olive oil, before roasting.

Roasted zucchini, grape tomatoes, onions, orange bell pepper, mushrooms roasted and drizzled with pomegranate molasses...you may also use marmalade diluted with warm water..it has to be a sweet and sour sauce and just a little to cut the grease
