Heavenly Hash Popcorn & Moose Tracks Popcorn RECIPES..Crazy American Snack Ideas..these are NOT a food Group...lol



These are great ways to eat more fiber...OK it IS enrobed in Chocolate and has Marshmallows and or Caramel...but it DOES have some fiber!!!


Each recipe makes 2 1/2 quarts +

and they might be good for gift giving, if your taste testers leave anything..they are really good.



Heavenly Hash Popcorn:
2 qts air popped popcorn (no salt)
1 cup any roasted and salted nut
1 cup miniature marshmallows
10ozs milk chocolate bars chopped or chocolate chips ( sweet, semi-sweet, dark, milk..your choice)

Preheat oven 300f

Also it is a good idea to have parchment/foil for the cookie sheets so it makes less mess.
Lay the cooked popcorn in single layer onto lined cookie sheets.
Top with mini marshmallows and chopped chocolate/chips.
Place in oven and bake for 5 mins Middle shelf.
remove form oven and cool for 5 mins.
Toss in a large bowl or container...they should not be in large pieces..any left ,store in airtight containers..do not refrigerate.

Moose Track Popcorn


Same recipe as above but omit the marshmallows instead adding 1 1/2 cups, soft &  chewy caramel candies..proceed  as for above recipe....this should cool for 20 mins before mixing in large bowls




Variations..in place of popcorn use any Crispy Breakfast Cereal ( puffed wheat, puffed rice, crispy toasted rice,  & etc.)

You may also add any chopped dried fruit
