Vegan-Vegetarian Menu in photos..prep: Thai style Tom Kha soup; Curried lentil soup; Pumpkin-sweet potato soup with agave syrup; Summer squash saute with Quinoa Pilau; Eggplant and tomato with black beans, pasta sauce; Whole wheat, hemp-flax seed, banana walnut , sourdough waffles, whole wheat dill-caraway sourdough breads

Thai Tom Kha style soup with coconut milk dried shitake mushrooms, basil leaves, ginger, lemon grass, broccoli florets and diced tomato

The bubbling sourdough waffle batter before making the waffles..it has to be bubbling and alive before making to make light  & crisp waffles..these are milk free

The  washed and drained quinoa being sauteed with onions before adding boiling water and simmering
