own made Sourdough carrot-caraway breads, and poppyseed rolls......PHOTOS ONLY

The breads are just out of the oven..enjoy..I wish you could smell them.

These are whole wheat( stone ground), plus high protein bread flour, with caraway seed, cooked grated organic carrots, olive oil, whole,raw, own grown bean sprouts, and sourdough starter ..baked in a 450f steam oven ( sprayed with filtered water before baking and after to create crusty breads).
The rolls are for the mushroom-bean "burgers" with caramelized onions, for tomorrow's delivery ( see previous 2 blogs today)

The rolls contain no oil, just poppy seeds and 2:3 whole wheat: high protein bread flour
