VEGAN: Green Minestrone; Irish Stew; Split pea and barley soup; Cabbage & chickpea soup; Allpsice and whole wheat sourdough with local red flame raisins pHOTOS and info

In keeping with the rest of USA, I am preparing an Irish Inspired meal for delivery tomorrow (St. Patrick's Day).
The 3 vegan soups are all based on green vegetables, cabbage, zucchini & celery, split green peas.
The entree is a Vegan "Take" on Irish stew and is carrots, white turnips, peas, celery, starchy potatoes,  onions, garlic, nutritional yeast thyme, bay leaves, strong vegetable stock and will marinate overnight then be  topped with par boiled potatoes and baked at client's home.
Those clients who can tolerate greens will have kale in theirs, others who can tolerate dairy will have theirs topped with cheese (I am supplying food to people with many different dietary  requirements so I have to have a good authentic flavored base of every dish so that it can "carry" whatever I have to add or omit before delivering)

The bread is allspice scented, local red flame raisin and whole wheat sourdough.
( fat and added sugar, free)..more photos to follow
