Avocado Cream (with lime and rum) ..another fantastic dessert recipe using avocado's

This is very special and very very delicious.
No one will believe it is made with avocado's..so very trendy now and yet it's a throwback from 1930's Hollywood!
Use your best cocktail glasses or champagne flutes

serves 6

3 ripe avocado's
2tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup light rum (Bacardi) or triple sec
1 cup heavy cream whipped
lime wedges for garnish
 

Blend the avocado flesh with sugar, lime juice and rum until smooth.
Fold in the cream..then spoon into your glasses, and decorate with lime wedges

Serve at room temp ..

and make an Entrance...
