| they do tend to soak up oil so it is best to drain on wire rack then kitchen paper towels |
| Crispy, nutty and with a flavor like stuffed vine leaves..they have to be cooked on a griddle for easy turning, as they do not contain gluten they are very fragile, until they cook and crisp up. |
