Own grown "Asian" eggplants, just picked this morning

Miso with vegetables and sea vegetables

Roasted Vegetables ( white corn, yams, eggplant, tomatoes, red onion, zucchini)  for the buckwheat crepes

These are dosa's..fermented brown rice and yellow lentils, blended then fermented with rejuvelak (non-dairy probiotic made from fermented rye sprouts), then added, caraway and cumin seeds, turmeric, chopped cilantro, ground coriander, sea salt.

they do tend to soak up oil so it is best to drain on wire rack then kitchen paper towels

Crispy, nutty and with a flavor like stuffed vine leaves..they have to be cooked on a griddle for easy turning, as they do not contain gluten they are very fragile, until they cook and crisp up.
