CAROB PUDDING; BANANA-DATE PUDDING; AVOCADO-BANANA PUDDING; CAROB BITES; WALNUT-CAROB "Candy; CAROB DELIGHTS almost a fudge/cookie"..OLD ESTABLISHED RECIPES FROM AMERICA'S HIPPIE DAYS for healthy eating & they are all no cook and surprise...VEGAN these recipes were established long before it became a trendy byword

Here's a "bunch" of great recipes for these hot summer days (Los Angeles is in the beginning of a BIG triple digit heatwave)..Peace man!!
Where it says BLEND in any recipe below..mash in a bowl with a fork, OR in a mortar and pestle OR a blender OR food processor.
This especially true for the puddings.


"CHOCOLATE" CAROB PUDDING 
1 cup dates pitted
5 tsp carob powder ( or 4 tsp cacao)
1/4 cup ground almonds (or other raw nuts)
Blend adding
Nut milk to create pudding texture.
Honey or agave nectar to sweeten 



BANANA PUDDING
2 medium very ripe bananas

1/4 cup ground nuts
1 tsp honey or agave syrup
1tsp wheat germ
Blend adding nut milk if desired





AVOCADO-BANANA PUDDING
3 medium ripe bananas
3 tsp carob powder
1 ripe avocado
3 tsp honey
or agave syrup
3 tsp ground nuts
 USE Fresh water to blend




CAROB BITES  High fiber and high calories
1 cup chopped walnuts
 1 1/2 cups chopped dried figs (or apricots)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup carob powder
1/2 cup pitted dates
1 cup ground  raw nuts
1 cup shredded coconut

Finely chopped nuts to coat

Blend the water, carob, dates and fold in the walnuts and figs.
Mix well and allow to soak up the moisture for 1 hour.
Add everything else.
Form into golf ball sized orbs (or smaller) and roll in chopped nuts.
Pack in wax paper cups/cup cake liners and keep cold until serving. 


WALNUT-CAROB "Candy"
1 cup ground or finely chopped walnuts
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup carob powder
1/2 cup honey

Mix everything together with your fingers, form into small balls and roll in sesame seeds or ground nuts

Store in cold dark place



CAROB DELIGHTS  almost a cookie/fudge
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup carob powder
3/4 cup honey
1 cup almond butter or tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/2 cup rolled oats
Mix together well, then form into small balls.
Roll in ground raw nuts, shredded coconut or chopped nuts
