Kale with onion and coconut cream, Green beans ratatouille with orange zest and wholewheat cornmeal breads, "cream " of tomato soup, Ribolata soup, and lentil with kale and white beans soup..Photos and info..Vegetarian & Vegan, own grown menu

Freshly plunged-washed now air drying, trimmed curly kale..a nutritional powerhouse

This is a 12hour prove wholewheat sourdough and cornmeal dough for the breads for the ratatouille

Own grown eggplants, basil  and tomatoes in the ratatouille with green beans


Onion, celery and garlic sauteing in olive oil for the "coconut creamed" kale

3 day old sprouts with fenugreek..these must be rinsed and dried every 12 hours and kept in the dark

The cooked kale with coconut cream added, also flavored with white wine, finished with ground nutmeg





A simple and very delicious menu for delivery tomorrow..all the flavors of the Mediterranean, without having to leave your kitchen

Ratatouille ( own grown tomatoes, eggplants, & basil) with orange zest and own made wholewheat cornmeal sourdough bread..also comes with feta cheese crumbled

Own grown tomato and green bean quiche with a flax seed wholewheat crust

"Creamed" kale with white beans & celery

Own grown sprouts with fenugreek ( liver cleanse)

Rejuvelac with spirulina ( non-dairy probiotic drink)
